Android 17: your last chance for pixel power-ups

The Android landscape is shifting, and for Pixel owners, the change arrives this summer with Android 17. A beta for everyone (almost)

While Android 17 is slated for a wider rollout later this summer, early adopters have already been testing the waters. Through the Android Beta Program, select devices – not just Pixels, but also those from OnePlus, Oppo, Xiaomi, vivo, iQOO, Motorola, realme, Honor, Lenovo, and Sharp – have been experiencing the future of Android since February 2026. Even Samsung Galaxy users can jump in via the One UI 9 Beta and subsequent stable releases.
